Our Rental Program

HOW THE RENTAL PROGRAM WORKS:

Contact us and schedule an appointment to have one of our technicians come to check your current system and water quality. You’ll then be presented with two options:

OPTION ONE: Tech House will give you a proposal to fix your current system (if possible to do so) – the cost of the repairs will be split into three monthly payments, (this is an in-house payment plan with 0% interest). To qualify for this payment plan, you must have a full-time job and an active checking account. After your system is fully repaired, we’ll sign you up in our monthly service program, giving your system a Full Lifetime Warranty (with parts and labor).
Cost for Option 1: $49 per month (plus salt and chemicals)

OPTION TWO: If option 1 does not work due to the current system being unrepairable, we’ll enroll you in our Rental Program. This program is designed to get you a new water filtration system for an affordable monthly fee. With this program you pay a one-time installation fee of $499 plus your first month rental fee of $99. Program includes: monthly service, monthly water test, unlimited free service calls and scheduled carbon and resin rebeds. Just pay the monthly fee and we’ll take care of the rest.
Cost for Option 2: $99 per month (plus salt and chemicals)

Service Plans

GOLD PLAN: Extend the life of your equipment by performing a monthly service inspection that starts with complete functionality assurance of the systems, a complete test of the water output and the replenishment of any chemicals needed. Enjoy the piece of mind of having Tech House a phone call away, with no charges for service calls between monthly service visits. Available monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly.
Residential: $49 / Residential RO: $89 / Commercial: $89 / Industrial: $149

PLATINUM PLAN: Make one predictable monthly payment and avoid any unexpected expense. Includes up to five 40lb bags of salt, one gallon of chlorine, all chemicals, any part, carbon rebedding, resin rebedding and green sand rebedding – basically anything that happens with your system is covered with this plan. This plan is only available monthly.
Residential: $169 / month

All these plans are designed to give you the best possible results to enjoy healthy and great tasting water. It is critical to complete a full inspection of the system before registering with any of these programs. If the inspection reveals any problems with the system that needs attention, we will let you know and put together a plan to fix it prior to starting service.
